TERMS & CONDITIONS

Privacy Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing between the client (“Booker”) and the service provider (“Supplier”). By submitting a booking form, the Booker accepts these terms, and a binding agreement is established upon receiving a booking confirmation via email.

1. Booking & Agreement

A booking confirmation will clearly state the service ordered along with any selected add-ons.

Assignments are carried out in line with industry best practices and with professional standards.

On the agreed service date, the client must ensure that access is granted and that work can be carried out without hindrance.

Any changes to the original booking must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

2. Scope of Work

The Supplier may, if necessary, hire sub-consultants without prior notice to the client.

Only the services specified in the booking will be performed. Any additional work requires prior approval and may affect delivery times and costs.

If the conditions on-site differ significantly from the booking (e.g., excessive dirt, missing electricity/water, more windows than stated), the Supplier reserves the right to cancel the assignment or adjust the price accordingly.

3. Cleaning Details

Fridges/freezers must be defrosted before cleaning. If not, these will be excluded.

Glass panels on ovens/stoves are unscrewed only if feasible. Freezers and similar appliances are excluded.

Floor drains are included, but water traps are not.

Blinds, cutlery trays, mats inside drawers, and heavy stain/paint removal are not included unless specifically booked.

Walls are dusted only; painted surfaces are lightly wiped with a damp cloth.

Built-in microwaves are included, while free-standing microwaves are excluded.

On glazed balconies, only floors and windows are cleaned.

Stickers, tape residue, and paint splashes are not removed due to risk of damage.

4. Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning

Properties must be completely emptied before cleaning unless agreed otherwise. If the property is not empty on arrival, an additional fee will be charged according to the offer.

Window cleaning is included up to 2 meters in height, provided weather conditions allow. Cleaning cannot be performed below –18°C for regular windows or below 0°C on glazed balconies. No compensation will be provided if weather prevents cleaning.

Fixed-price move-out cleaning applies only to normally soiled homes. If the condition differs, prices may be adjusted.

5. Guarantee & Complaints

A 10-day guarantee applies to move-in/out cleaning.

Complaints must be submitted within this period by email or SMS.

The Supplier has the right to correct issues on up to three occasions.

If an inspection is required by the client, this must be requested at the time of booking. Later requests will not be accepted.

If the landlord or new tenant approves the cleaning on-site, the guarantee is considered fulfilled, and no further claims can be made.

6. Pricing, Supplements & Cancellations

A supplement of SEK 600 applies for deep cleaning booked on weekends.

A supplement of SEK 1,200 applies on major public holidays.

All prices are stated after RUT deduction.

7. Payment Terms

Payment must be made within 10 days of the cleaning date, regardless of whether a re-cleaning is scheduled.

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to conduct a credit check via Creditsafe.

Overdue payments may be collected through a payment order.

8. Disputes & Customer Satisfaction

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will always attempt to resolve any concerns directly with you.

Should a dispute arise, the matter will first be handled internally based on these Terms & Conditions.

If unresolved, municipal consumer guidance will apply, and as a last resort, disputes will be referred to the district court.
